BENNY
Technology, finance and people, with a lifelong practice of growth
Benny Lanoizélé is a Belgian business leader, founder and lifelong learner based in Antwerp. For more than 25 years he has worked where technology, finance and people meet. He has held senior leadership and entrepreneurial roles. At Microsoft he shaped cloud, productivity and AI transformation conversations with regulated financial-services institutions. Today he is Strategic Director at Salesforce.
He has led go-to-market across multiple countries and helped scale fintech ventures. He speaks on AI and emerging finance, most recently with a keynote at the Boutique Banking Conference in Luxembourg in January 2026: “Decoding the Tokenised Economy: Bridging TradFi and DeFi”.
Alongside business, Benny has always followed what moves him. In 2012 he co-founded eyeLoco, a platform for fine-art photography in Berchem, with Jane Seynaeve. For fourteen years his home at De Brouwerstraat 5 doubled as its gallery. He coaches under the ICF Code of Ethics, holds a nutrition science certification from Stanford and a yoga certification from Kerala, India, and works in French, Dutch and English.
In 2023 he founded Ascend 7, where these threads meet: clarity, structure, and a calm, human approach to growth.
